CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: AcceleratiON | The core objective of the AcceleratiON program is to invest in new and emerging Black- and Indigenous-owned music businesses that demonstrate high potential for economic and cultural impact.
Funding will be provided to successful applicants in the form of direct business and creative development investments ranging from $2,500 to $20,000 to self-identifying Black- and Indigenous-owned businesses that generate the majority of their revenue from music-based activities. CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: ONTARIO MUSIC INVESTMENT FUND (OMIF) - LIVE MUSIC | The OMIF Live Music stream supports businesses and organizations that produce or promote live music events featuring Canadian artists, including eligible music festivals and concert series. The Live Music stream will provide funding to increase the number and quality of live music experiences (e.g. events, festivals and concerts) that can be experienced by residents in and visitors to Ontario.

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: FILM FUND – PRODUCTION | The Ontario Creates Film Fund – Production streams (Drama and Documentary) are intended to increase the level of domestic feature film production in Ontario. The Film Fund provides support to Ontario producers for feature film projects in the final stages of production financing. The Ontario Creates Film Fund supports a range of projects across genres with both industrial and cultural benefits. Ontario Creates measures the results of the Ontario Creates Film Fund primarily based on net benefit from the proposed project to the province which includes but is not limited to return on investment and jobs created in the Ontario film industry. The Ontario Creates Film Fund supports a range of projects across genres with both industrial and cultural benefits. Ontario Creates measures the results of the Ontario Creates Film Fund primarily based on net benefit from the proposed project to the province which includes but is not limited to return on investment and jobs created in the Ontario film industry. CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: ONTARIO MUSIC INVESTMENT FUND (OMIF) – MUSIC INDUSTRY INITIATIVES | The OMIF Music Industry Initiatives (MII) stream provides support to Ontario's established music trade associations and music service organizations to offer initiatives, events and activities that strengthen, support and stimulate the economic and cultural growth of Ontario's music industry. MII will provide funding to successful applicants that engage in strategic and collective initiatives with long-term impacts on growth and sustainability in the music sector by building market share, increasing sales, promoting innovation and expanding regional capacity. Eligible activities include: professional development, training, networking/business to business initiatives, business analytics and market development export activities (including showcasing Ontario talent).
