The Fem-LED Research Project: Fem-LED: A look into female leadership for women in digital media and tech today and tomorrow

The Fem-LED research project, led by OCAD University’s Super Ordinary Laboratory, examined female leadership in the Information Communications Technology (ICT) sector, including the Interactive and Digital Media (I&DM) sector. The research project identifies both existing challenges and barriers to female leadership and entrepreneurship in the ICT/I&DM sectors, as well as develops an understanding of opportunities for improvement.
